ESSENCE QI GONG
Developed by Master Chen Fu Yin from the research of many Qi Gong forms. This form helps calm the mind by slowly relaxing the body part by part. The gentle movements send qi to deep anatomial, emotional and spititual levels. The associated movements, meditations, visualizations and mantra provide a non-aerobic way to increase energy, strengthen the body and help quiet the mind.
